How data and maps help organizations address disparities in housing, nutrition, health, and beyond.
Use PolicyMap to track neighborhood health and stability, articulate your grant’s impact, and report to key stakeholders. Visualize, measure, and quantify the positive outcomes your organization provides to the community you serve.
PolicyMap began as a small division of the Reinvestment Fund, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Our easy-to-use mapping platform grants organizations access to over 75,000 indicators, quickly informing community and housing needs assessments, strengthening grant applications, and targeting strategic interventions. Our vast geographic data warehouse includes data from over 150 authoritative public and private data sources, spanning cross-sector areas including housing, federal program eligibility, nutrition access, demographics, health risks and outcomes, jobs, and more. We curate and standardize the catalog to ensure layers and points are current and accurate.
